Getting started
Message Mini Pickle on WhatsApp with your address and it will do the rest. Every message starts with the word bins.
bins Little House, CO7 6XY- Save your address. Send this first — it only takes one message to get set up.
bins- Show your next collection and which bins to put out.
bins Friday- Check a specific day. Also takes a date, like “bins 12 August”.
bins refresh- Fetch the latest dates from the council straight away.
bins delete- Remove your saved address and stop reminders.
In a group chat Mini Pickle stays quiet unless a message starts with bins, so it will not interrupt your conversations.
Where it works
Mini Pickle is a trial covering the Parish of East Bergholt. Collection dates come from Babergh District Council, and addresses outside those postcodes cannot be added yet.
